Update [October 18, 2016]: Verizon released a new update yesterday for the Galaxy S5, identified as G900VVRU2DPG2 build. The update is also available as an OTA for download, so you can install it right away without having to wait for the firmware to show up for the PG2 build. Look at the Verizon section below (SM-G900V) for OTA download.
Update (June 27, 2016): write Samsung has released the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for Canadian users of Galaxy S5 Neo. Build is G903WVLU1BPF1. Download links have been added below.
Update (June 3, 2016): Verizon Galaxy S5 Marshmallow update added as firmware, build no. G900VVRU2DPD1. So if you didn’t get te OTA yet of Android 6.0 update, then you can still update on your own by simply downloading the firmware from below and install it using our guide given below.
